Hello! I'm Austin and I’ve been renting furnished properties since 2018 when my wife and I had our first baby boy and decided to move from our downtown home to be closer to our family. We loved living downtown where there's always new things to see and do. We’ve since been blessed with another baby boy and continue to happily and thankfully grow our family. I love music and concerts and my wife enjoys working with youth and decorating for events. And we both love a good dinner/movie night. We’re very down-to-earth and strive to show kindness to everyone we come across. Guests will save time and money getting around without a car or drivers and get the downtown Denver experience while avoiding all the hassles of downtown living such as never finding parking. Walk a few blocks to Sloan’s Lake or down to the Lakewood Dry Gulch Park and enjoy a full Frisbee golf course, biking, and basketball court or let the kids run around on the playground. Walk to the Little Man Ice Cream Factory or catch a movie and dinner at the nearby Alamo Draft House. Bike through downtown Denver or the surrounding Highlands Square and LoHi neighborhoods. With two young boys at home, we know a few things about family friendly spaces and strive for that at Perry House. So we purposely passed on the hot tub and pool as it could present various risks to pets and kids. There are many other child safe features in the house such as outlet covers and childproof covers for the gas stove.
