Amazing Peaceful Safe location. Get away from the busy city life
No roads so no cars passing by 🙌🙌 Just you the Ocean and Nature. If you are looking for a place to slow down, take sometime to recharge your batteries and not do much except for long walks on the beach, swim in your own private pool with the view of the ocean, read a book on the deck or maybe a little fishing. Or just soaking in a large bath tub with the view of the Indian Ocean. Then This is it . This house is perfect from couples and families
This Home is designed for relaxation and a quiet beach side location. So please Note The Home is not be used as an Entertainer
What do we mean by that
This home is not for daily friends and family Gatherings unless staying in the home. No wedding parties and or wedding preparation or Invitiing the whole family to join your group and enjoy the home with you
It is also discouraged to invite extended family for Christmas lunch.
This property is to be only occupied by the people listed to stay we do allow up to 4 guests to visit

Summary: We rented this property for our family coming over to Australia from Canada. It was important for us to stay in one house together, as we prepared for our wedding. We choose this house for the location, pool and close proximity to the beach. The view was phenomenal and the house was gorgeous, but you could tell on closer inspection of certain things that little was being put into maintenance or general upkeep. The property owners live directly across the street, (which was not mentioned in the ad) and should be advised to all potential renters. It states in the ad that the 9th bed is a trundle bed and there is no fee listed for its use (nor was this communicated in correspondence). There was an attempt upon checkout to charge us for its use. The weathered deck chair (constantly sitting in the sun) broke/cracked the first time it was sat on, which was really unfortunate. The issue of ants in the kitchen were borderline an issue, but understandable to a point due to the time of year + location of the house to the beach + layout of the glass doors to the outside. We made sure to keep all surfaces super clean, in hopes to mitigate this issue. These are miniscule things, but made a small impact on our stay. We did have a great time making memories together at the house. We can't wait to see our wedding pictures from the photographer, as the house was a beautiful backdrop.
