Upon entering the front door, you'll be captivated by the open floor plan which includes a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area with seating for eight and a two story great room featuring a comfortable couch, two side swivel chairs, a flat-screen TV, and a sun-drenched view of the lagoon and golf course.
The first floor boasts a large bedroom with a king-size bed, a generous walk-in closet, a flat-screen TV, and an adjoining bathroom with a walk-in shower. This main living area provides plenty of space to gather and enjoy the scenic views of the lagoon and Long Point Golf Course.
Ascending the stairs to the second floor, the magnificent golf course view continues. The first of the two bedrooms on this floor includes two sets of bunk beds, a queen bed, a large walk-in closet, and a flat-screen TV. This room is connected to a full bathroom with a shower and tub. Further down the hall, you'll find the washer and dryer on your right and a small outdoor deck.
At the end of the hall, you'll enter the expansive master suite, which offers an incredible, sunlit view of the lagoon and golf course. The master suite features a king-size bed, two swivel chairs, a flat-screen TV, two large walk-in closets, and an attached master bathroom with a separate shower, soaking tub, and double vanity.
Residents of Little Dunes have access to a private pool and tennis courts, and the beach is just a two-minute walk across the street. This property allows up to two dogs with a $100.00 fee per dog.
