Welcome to The Parker Cabin or as we like to call it, #thelittleblackcabininthewoods. This remote boho-style cabin is completely off-the-gird but fully stocked for fun and comfort! Spacious 2 bed, 1 bath cabin offering all the amenities of home with a large wrap around deck, a cozy fire pit, outdoor BBQ, and only 2 mins from the lake.
Surrounded by trees, wildlife and endless star gazing along the Arizona Trail in the Coronado National Forest.
The Parker is the perfect retreat to reset, reflect and enjoy the great outdoors. Enjoy lakeside fishing, hikes, or kayaking just outside your door or coffee and wine on the deck.
Being off-the-grid doesn't mean you won't have all the amenities of being at home. This fully charged cabins runs off solar, propane and well water. Guests are encouraged and reminded to conserve energy and water while staying at The Parker.
One bedroom offers a King sized, memory foam mattress with high-end, linen sheets, ceiling fan and black out curtains. The other room is a double bed with a memory foam mattress, dresser, ceiling fan, and blackout curtains.
Kitchen has gas range, reclaimed wood shelves, and all the tools needed to be a master chef. Enjoy reading and grilling on the deck. And in the evenings you can cozy up to the firepit with a drink and enjoy the stars in the sky. The vision of this space is to bring peace and calmness, relaxation and truly a place to unplug & unwind.
We are happy to host families, couples, friends, hunters, fishermen, outdoor enthusiasts, mountain bikers, off-roaders, and those just looking to unplug. Quick drive to Arizona wine country and local breweries.

Summary: We arrived at the Little Black Cabin in 45-55 MPH winds and a forecast of likely snow overnight. We could see our breath inside the cabin. We immediately found the very new propane heater but were unable to get it started. By phone the owner tried to help us get it started and the heater refused to ignite no matter all our efforts. After two hours of working on the problem we elected to return home- 3 hours away. I totally see this as no fault of the owner, and she was quick to refund 100% of our money. This cabin is well appointed, spotless and a good value. We plan to return often. I'm sure the heater malfunction will quickly be repaired.
