Impossible not to spend a good summer vacation in this great and spacious villa on 2 floors, as follows: on the ground floor living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, bedroom with bunk bed, bathroom, on the 1st floor double bedroom, bedroom with 2 bunk beds, bathroom, terrace, TV, washing machine, dishwasher, barbecue, large garden with more parking spaces and back garden.
THE PRICE TAXES (to be paid locally and in cash) equal to € 0.30 PER PERSON PER NIGHT, up to a maximum of 14 consecutive nights. Children under the age of 12 are not allowed to pay.
In the price IS NOT INCLUDED THE CITY TAX (€ 0.30 per person per night, up to a maximum of 14 consecutive nights). Children under the age of 12 are excluded from the payment.

BASIC CLEANING AND FINAL: Final cleaning at the charge of the tenant is mandatory upon return of the accommodation on the day of departure. This involves the reorganization of the house and its perfect cleaning (including the removal of any rest of food, the cleaning of cutlery, cooking utensils, the elimination of waste, etc.).
This final cleaning must be done by the tenant, in case it is not performed correctly a penalty equal to the cost of the additional cleaning service will be applied.
