Positive: The location was great - only a 5-10 minute walk to the centre. Plenty of free on-street parking. The facilities were great and the property was very well equipped to a high standard. Air-conditioning in both the shared space and the bedroom was a very welcome relief in the 40 degree heat.
Negative: I was slightly worried about the level of noise when I realised that the bedroom was next door to the shared lounge area, but the other guests were really considerate and we had no issues at all during our two night stay with a change over of guests in the upstairs room. There was a private toilet but it was just outside the bedroom (behind the living area) making it slightly awkward if anyone was in the shared space. But this is reflected in the price so I'd still consider the property excellent value for money and we'd be happy to return.
