Currently under reconstruction after Hurricane Helen. When completed it will be new. New as in roof, walls, insulation, windows, doors, floors, ceiling, electrical, central air, kitchen, tiles, quartz, flooring, plumbing, furniture and bed.

Welcome to our TIKI Cottage! You will love the "Old Florida" charming cottages that are located directly on Lemon Bay. Ours is facing West looking at the Bay. Completely being remodeled and decorated. Porch has been enclosed to further add to our interior space. Like fishing? Lemon Bay has some of the best world class fishing in Florida. Fish right from our new dock. Walking distance to Dearborn Street, also known as Old Englewood. Farmers Market every Thursday. Festivals weekly. Like beaches? Only 5 minute drive across Lemon Bay to Englewood Beach. 25 minutes to Venice Beach. 20 minutes to Venice. Boca Grande only 30 minutes.

Our cottage is very well appointed. 1 BR, 1 Bath (shower), Sleeps 2, Queen Bed, Living Room with 40 inch Samsung, WiFi, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Stove, Oven, Microwave, Washer/Dryer, Enclosed porch. Wrap around Deck, Heated and updated Pool, Dock, Thatch Roof Tiki Hut with picnic table and large deck and chairs at waters edge and bonfire pit. Cottage includes one parking space. No trailers or extra vehicles allowed. We have guest day parking if you have a visitor stop by.
Pool was resurfaced in 2019. New Tiki Hut built in 2021. New dock 2019. New Pool Equipment and Pool Deck 2021.
Ours is one of only 13 cottages.
NO SMOKING or VAPING in cottage.
NO PETS
We love pets but it's not worth the hassle of damage and deposits. We also do not want to affect the next guests who may have pet allergies. So whatever type of reason you need to have a pet it's a no.

Summary: Location. Location. Location...this little beauty has it all. Close to shopping, beaches and walking distance to Old Englewood shops, restaurants and Thursday Market. This cottage is located in "Tiki on the Bay", a small enclave of similar cottages that share a swimming pool. It has recently been beautifully renovated from top to bottom to create a warm and inviting beachy feel...new comfy furnishings, large well designed kitchen, beautiful shower...the list goes on and on. Then there is the Bay! A wharf to fish from or tie up your boat and a dock to sit on to watch the eagles, dolphins, manatees and the best place to watch spectacular sunsets. Top this off with attentive hosts Kent and Penny who were always only a call or text away and ready to share their knowledge of local restaurants and attractions to help make your stay as perfect as possible.
