Positive: It is a great place to discover the area from. We went on a few trips to the nearby lake and surrounding nature, as well as visiting the city of Troyes a bunch of times. The garden is large, green and lovely for children to play in. The fact that it is so large also means that you can sit in the sun for a long time. As the lot is very big in general there is ample parking space for even several cars. The sun covers are great for keeping out the heat during the day. As we went out to make trips, we made sure to close all the sun covers. Upon coming back, the home would be nice and cool. The screens in front of the windows are a life savor, as you can open the windows without any bugs coming in. Getting into the lot is very easy with the remote, and closing the fence makes surprisingly little noise.
Negative: The tap in the sink of the bathroom is very annoying, When using it you always splash water all over the place. The air in the bedroom can get quite stuffy at night. To let some fresh air in you need to open the sun covers on the windows. However, this means that it gets bright very early on in the day.
