Positive: The room was very clean and with all amenities needed for our stay. Easy access to main roads and in proximity of very good restaurants. We used the location as a starting base to visit by car many wonderful locations around Pescara. The beach is at a short walk distance and it is a very nice and long beach, but in November it was not time for sunbathing :)
Negative: Everything was ok.
