Positive: Location was great for what I needed. Close to Fecamp and Le-Havre. The gite is huge and suitable for an entire family of 5. All facilities were very clean and new. Great value for the price.
Negative: There are 2 things: The steps to the second floor (sleeping area) are really steep and if you need to use the bathroom during the night (on the ground floor) it is a scary to use them. I would recommend redoing these stairs to make them feel comfortable to use. The shower is small.
Summary: Large country side gite in upper Normandy with great value
