Positive: Parking is available on the side of the road and we always had space to park. It's a short walk to one of the best beaches on Tenerife or you can park the car at free parking area if you don't feel like walking. The apartment is cozy and the host was very nice and communicative.
Negative: Some people might not like driving on a slope through a narrow path to get to the apartment. If you get scared easily while driving, then you should leave your car somewhere below in the city. The apartment is also right next to power lines, if that is something that might bother someone.
Summary: Cozy place with nice hosts.
