This family property of 180 m2 on enclosed grounds with private access and facilities comfortably accommodates up to 15 people thanks to its many beds. Two cots and 2 high chairs at your disposal.
On the ground floor: a TV area with a sofa bed, 2 single beds and a double trundle bed will allow you to accommodate children and teenagers. A bedroom with a double bed is just next door with its bathroom and WC.
Upstairs: 3 double bedrooms, two of which enjoy the view of the river and one with its private bathroom. A second bathroom with bath and double washbasin on the landing.
Outside, a dovecote has been fitted out just for you with an atypical and unique double bedroom! Imagine: comfortably installed on your bed, you overlook the garden and could contemplate the view and listen to the song of the swans! The little extra: Pets are allowed. However, a supplement of €40/animal is requested for specific cleaning upon departure.
Many facilities: charcoal barbecue, mini trampoline, deck chairs, parasol, garden furniture, board games. The little extra: your pet is welcome (allow a supplement of 10€/day).
You will be welcomed on site by the La Conciergerie de Laura team, who do their utmost to make your stay as pleasant as possible. For your comfort, you will be offered a welcome kit with all essential products such as oil and vinegar, salt and pepper, garbage bags, toilet paper, soap, coffee and tea pods, sponge and dishwashing liquid.
PLEASE NOTE: the cleaning fee of €190 is not included in the amount of the nights, it will be paid directly on site. This one guarantees you a quality cleaning carried out by a professional on your arrival but also its care on your departure.
