Centrally located to all the local attractions and amenities in this ancient historic area. Fantastic Arundel castle is nearby. There are the nearby sandy beaches, local air events, historic car shows, historic car racing, and of course all the sailing in the area.
There are two fabulous cathedrals, the historic medieval town of Arundel, and the Roman walled Town of Chichester (you can walk the walls). Nearby is the scenic hilly country of the South Downs with its many walks. Of course, there are man-made attractions such as 10-pin bowling, a cineplex, and the Chichester Watersports complex on a private lake.
