Stay awhile! This is a well maintained older property consisting of 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Plenty of beds, enough to sleep 10 people. There are 2 master bedrooms in this house. Plenty of gathering room for family and friends, a pool room with fooseball. There are a washer and dryer in the house as well as a fully functioning older galley kitchen. There is also an in ground, heated, screened in, back yard pool. Carport to park your car. This property is just a short walk from not only the beach (9 minute walk) but also parks, restaurants, the Art Museum, and Riverside Theater. Wifi and Cable included.

Summary: We (me, wife and little dog) had a great February in Vero. The house is large enough to accommodate a good size family so we had room to spread out. Jim was a great host. Very easy to reach for questions.Close to Vero beaches, restaurants and shopping. Just a few blocks from Riverside Park where there's always something going on.The pool was great. Pool guy came once a week to clean and treat. Jim left us a golf cart that was too much fun. Best winter stay ever this year!
