Positive: The location is perfect and everything is pretty new. Very comfortable.
Negative: Didn’t seem that clean. The room is amazing and very spacious (comparing to all the places in Japan that I’ve been), but was a weird smell around. Other tea that was pretty good.
Summary: Great place and great location.
