This house will accommodate small or large groups in two full stories and long sleeping loft. Large windows opens up to the nature and the lake. There are two long decks along the house where to sit and enjoy. Two bedrooms are on the first level, along with large kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The dining area has 10' long table, bar table and a sofa for admiring the view from giant window. You can enjoy the fireplace with gas logs and watch TV from 60' smart TV with family members and friends. In addition you can utilize the bluray player, Roku and internet radio.
Going up steel spiral staircase you will find the Master Bedroom with 20' tall window, wood burning fireplace with gas starter and room to let worries float away. Master bathroom has jacuzzi, shower and his/hers sinks. Living room has sofa and surround sound system with another 60' smart TV, including a Netflix and other internet videos. Naturally there is Bluray player and Roku here as well. On second level there are two sliding glass doors to outside deck facing the water.
Going up another set of spiral staircase you will find long loft area with queen bed and place for kids to play - spread out. It has three windows towards the lake and couple of seats for reading and relaxing.
This property has it's own dock with party deck and there are four kayaks available for renters to use. The cove is away from open waters and fast boats, so it is a good area to experience lake kayaking. Life vests and paddles are also included.
You can bring your own boat to the house, closest public ramp is about a mile away. Please note the water levels, the bottom of the cove is at 1065', so if current lake level is close to that, please check the draft of your watercraft.
There is a portable cowboy-style firepit and eight stackable chairs if you'd like to roast marshmellows or prepare food by the lake in the evening. The easy path from house to shore is lit with LED lights and the area is neat and mowed.
The recently renovated 28x24 dock with furnished partydeck includes sunshade, dining set seating 6, charcoal grill, zero gravity lounge etc for spending time on the lake. You can bring your own boat or jet skis and launch it from public park mile and a half away, or rent those from either of marinas closeby.

Summary: Good: The lake area here is quiet and access to the lake from the shore is easy. Nice lake toys are available. Inside, the kitchen has lots of counter space, a double oven and is equipped with a variety of items needed for food prep and serving. We made Thanksgiving dinner for 10 with no problems. The Bad Temperature is controlled by a thermostat on the second level. It turns off if it doesn’t sense anyone. The temp varied wildly between floors and someone was either hot or cold at all times. The upstairs bathroom is curtained off, making it less than private. This bathroom also services the third floor bedroom, but without a door it is a bit awkward for everyone involved. The sink in the kitchen is not equipped with a garbage disposal, which is a bit strange. While the rental does allow dogs, the trash can in the kitchen is not covered, leading to some stern conversations with our dog. The Ugly The place has a lot of cobwebs, spiders and the occasional palmetto bug. It could definitely stand a good cleaning.
