Superbly presented solid brick family residence over 2 levels with 2 bedrooms. On the ground level you will find a flexible family friendly living, dining, all opening through a northerly glazed outlook to a paved outdoor entertaining area which includes a spa. There is also a separate large kitchen opening onto a second courtyard. A great size laundry featuring a washing machine and dryer as well as a separate study area.
Two great sized bedrooms and a central bathroom are located upstairs. Included upstairs is also a second living area that features a TV, games and beanbags.
This well-designed home offers the ultimate experience of an inner-city lifestyle in a truly outstanding location.
Set right next door to a well known and famous pub the home location is fantastic that has a huge selection of restaurants, and shops nearby however can be noisy from the pub.
One of the best features about the home is the heated spa and outdoor entertaining area.
There is car parking available for 1 car out the front. Free all-day parking available in the next street
The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying, loud parties are prohibited.
