Your vacation rental is organized on two levels. - On the ground floor: kitchen, living room, one bedroom (1 140x190 bed), a bathroom with shower, toilet. - Upstairs: three bedrooms (1 90x190 bed, 2 140x190 beds), bathroom with bathtub and toilet. Outside : A 40 m² terrace, an enclosed landscaped garden of 1000 m² private. Parking your vehicles in a private courtyard (200 m²) Room of 15 m², closed, available for bicycles, nautical equipment or other. Accommodation reserved for leisure customers Treat yourself to a stay on the Côte de Goëlo, thanks to this cottage located just 1.5 km from the sea. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a comfortable and spacious interior. Here, you will also particularly like the bright veranda. The large bay windows will offer you a beautiful view of the landscaped garden. The decoration, all in harmony, also offers a warm atmosphere. As for the location, it is also one of the many assets of this house. Less than 2 km away, place your towel on the surrounding beaches (Beg An Od or Arcouest) From there, join the GR34. Running along the coast and often referred to as one of the most beautiful hiking trails in France, it will amaze you with breathtaking panoramas. At 2.3 km, board one of the speedboats, heading for the island of Bréhat. One of the most famous islands in Brittany, also called "the island of flowers". 4.3 km away, reach the corsair city of Paimpol, its lively port, its abbey... At the gates of Paimpol and the Ile de Bréhat, charming house offering 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and elegant decoration. She welcomes you for a week or short stays, with an all-inclusive package, including cleaning.
