5 Bedroom Cabin in Garden City

Ultimate luxury- this modern 5 bedroom 4.5 bath home is incredible, but even more stunning is the VIEW from every window. The back deck expands the whole length of the home and offers unparalleled relaxation in the crisp Bear Lake air. The lower level is also a walk-out with hot tub.
This home is in a gated neighborhood with a peaceful atmosphere nestled against the mountains. Only 30 min to ski Beaver, even less to snowmobile and recreation areas. Hiking, biking, dining, relaxation for all!
This modern, luxury home has open spaces and views of mountains and the lake. The main floor boasts two bedrooms with on-suite baths, one of which has a soaking tub. There is also a half bath and laundry facilities.
The basement area can be closed off by a door for privacy and offers a primary bedroom with on-suite bath, two more bedrooms, a large bathroom, exercise area, pool table converts to ping pong, and lounge area with TV. The wet bar is a great place to refresh before heading out to the hot tub under the deck.
A quiet neighborhood, stunning views, and every convenience is such a gem here in the Bear Lake area.

This is a gated HOA neighborhood with dirt roads and hilly areas. A gate code will be given to you before checkin.
Four wheel drive is not required in summer but may be needed in snowy conditions.
No garage spaces or street parking available but a circle drive makes it easy to pull in and out with boats and trailers. Space is limited to about 4 vehicles.
Garbage is picked up from bins at the entrance to the neighborhood so be prepared to haul your bags out as you come and go.
Our home is in a high end neighborhood where short term rentals are limited so please help us respect the private, quiet nature of the area.
