Negative: Upstairs bathroom doesn't really have a shower....it has a tub with a curtain and a wand, but the wand is not long enough to use while standing up. Accordingly, the only way to use that shower is to sit down in the tub. Outside decks need to be repaired and repainted....lots of nail heads pulling up that are a hazard for walking in bare feet. Backyard was just a bunch of dried weeds.
Summary: Adequate for what we needed. Lots of flying insects outside due to proximity to the lake.
