A wonderfully located villa in Naples, South West Florida very close to the beaches of Marco Island and Naples Pier. The Villa constructed is over 2 floors with 4 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There is an additional 'bonus room' upstairs which has TV and very large sectional suite which is great for relaxing. Downstairs is open plan with a great variety of kitchen cabinets and a lovely lounge. There is a 8 seat kitchen table as well as a separate formal dining room. The patio is South facing so gets sun all day with a shaped and paved private pool with a shaded Lanai. Plenty of pool furniture makes staying in the sun an absolute pleasure.
