Sip a cup of coffee in the morning or glass of wine in the evening! Fantastic peaceful location close to shopping, airport, beach, restaurants & the city. Open floor plan with high ceilings and 8 foot doors. Freshly painted with new flooring. Kitchen opens to the family room with water view. Kitchen features plenty of cabinet space with new refrigerator, granite countertops opening to the family room and great view of the water. Feel free to park your car out of the sun, in the oversized garage which has a washer, dryer, laundry tub and storage. This home sits on one acre that is shared with the owners. You can enjoy free use of our kayaks and fire pit. Lake Hobbs is a 60 acre private lake which you can fish, kayak, padde board and enjoy. Home includes chairs, beach towels and umbrella which you can take to one of the many fabulous beaches in the area. Inquire about discounts for long term stay.
