The spacious and comfortabel studio is located at the beautiful Sproat lake on Vancouver Island.
The studio is built on top of a garage on a steep lakefront property. It offers space ideally for a couple or a family with 2 kids. In the bedroom you can find a Queenbed and a bunkbed. A pullout couch in the living room offers space for two more people to sleep.

In the wintertime you can enjoy a bondfire close to the lake and summertime is the time to savour the dock on the lake.
Our entire property is nonsmoking and there are no parties allowed.

Summary: House was brighter and more spacious than photos depict. It was exactly what we needed for a home base close to town for son’s hockey championship games in Port Alberni. Would love to stay here in summer to use the dock more and go swimming and kayaking. As indicated in description, access to the lake is quite steep so a wagon to cart items down would be helpful.
