Summary: The house was very clean and management company responded quickly, however: 1) Kayak mentioned in the ad - there is no kayak 2) Stairs down to the lake are overgrown with thorny vines growing onto the stairs. The entire lake front yard is overgrown and unsightly. 3) There was one lounge chair on the dock in great condition, the only other seating was 2 plastic adirondack chairs, both filthy, one broken. We wanted to sit on the dock so the kids could swim. 4) Two kitchen chairs were broken, they could have collapsed easily under weight. The management company sent new chairs (which needed to be assembled) the day after they were alerted but they were shipped and left at the mailbox. We had to bring the chairs in. The management company couldn't come to put them together until the day before we left. We will be looking for a different house to rent next year.
