3 Bedroom Cottage in Saranac Lake
3 bedrooms, one tiled walk in shower bath upstairs and a half bath downstairs, dock for sunning and boating just steps away from your door. Great sandy shallow beach area by the dock. Awesome views of Lower Saranac Lake from the upstairs porch or downstairs living room. Outdoor fire pit and grill, indoor wood stove for chilly Adk nights. Convenient location only two miles from the village of Saranac Lake in one of the few places to stay available directly on the lake. All bedrooms located upstairs, with a living room upstairs and an enclosed porch with views of the lake. Downstairs has open space kitchen with a bar area for four, dining area, bar area with seating for 3 or 4 and living room in knotty pine as well as half bath and washer/dryer. Amazing fishing and direct access to 23 miles of waterways through the Saranac chain of lakes or into Saranac Lake village via lower locks, Oseetah and Lake Flower.
No maid service but linens and towels are supplied. Kitchen is fully stocked with anything you need to cook a meal. Bedroom one has a queen bed, bedroom two is a queen bottom bed with a bunk bed single over, bedroom three is a full size bed and there is a trundle bed on the enclosed porch. Cottage supplies approximately 1800 square feet of living space.
Unfortunately, our home is not suitable for people who have difficulty with stairs as there are stairs down to the water and bedrooms are all on one floor with family space below. There is no smoking indoors. Pets are welcome if well behaved but we will ask for an additional pet security deposit (just in case). Max 1 dog.
Cabin is available for a minimum one week stay in July and August with potential for shorter stays in the fall and spring.
