Summary: The hotel is very nice..with a good but expensive restaurant..but the rooms are terrible..there are no mosquito nets in the Windows ..and no air conditioning..so either you open your window and enjoy the mosquitoes or sweat all night long .. Also the regular rooms are so small that only the bed fits..and not much else.. We asked for an upgrade hoping that as gold member they would honor one..and they told us there were no rooms..although we were the only guests at the hotel..the next morning after complaining much.they upgraded us to a suite..actually a normal room..but charged us 50 % more of the rate we had payed..that room did have air conditioning and was much better.. But honestly we didnt feel well treated.. Anyways..alert your customers not to book this hotel..unless they are prepared to spend nuch more than anticipated..and never stay in the regular rooms.
