This holiday house is located on the northern coast of Sardinia and exactly at 6 km from Palau, on the eastern side of the island which offers a spectacular view of the Archipelago of La Maddalena, Caprera and the Costa Smeralda.
The villa is situated in Capo D'Orso, a promontory that takes its name from the large granite rock that stands out on the most panoramic point. Over the centuries the wind has carved this imposing boulder, whose shape reminds a bear. An ideal place for a holiday with whole family, thanks to a sea that slopes gently, allowing children to play in complete safety, as in Cala Capra, the beach of thousands shades of blue, at only 100 meters from to the villa.
The village is considered a natural park and is famous for its unique wild nature. The location is very quiet and suitable for families.

This villa has a fabulous view and is constructed in a typical Sardinian style, located in a unique position only 100 metres from the beach.
Villa La Musa consists of 4 bedrooms (3 bedrooms in the lower floor and 1 bedroom with bunk bed in the upper floor) , 4 bathrooms, a spacious living room, a new kitchen and a wonderful terrace where to enjoy meals or simply have a drink, equipped with outside furniture and overlooking the sea or sunset.
Mediterranean maquis surrounds the entire area and allows you to enjoy its natural scents of rosemary, juniper and arbutus.
The communal swimming pool is equipped with chaise lounges for sunbathing.
You can also enjoy the huge shared swimming pool that the residence of Cala Capra offers.
The Mediterranean vegetation surrounds the whole area permitting you to enjoy its natural scents of rosmarine, juniper, helichrythm and corbezzolo (strawberry tree).
In Palau, it is possible to take boats to the islands of La Maddalena and make excursions to the nearby islands such as Spargi, Budelli and Santa Maria.
PLEASE NOTE: In case you would like to use air conditioning, there is an extra cost of 200,00 euro per week.
