Stunning 6 bedroom modern villa in fantastic condition with high end furniture.
With 24 hour security and a 10 foot perimeter fence Cala Conta 33 is the safest gated community on the island.
No access is given to none residents without authority unlike most gated communities such as Roca Lisa and Can Furnet.

The villa has all day sunshine and beautiful sunsets.
It's three levels laid out as follows,.
The top level is the master suite with a walk in wardrobe, large bathroom and office/make up room.
From the master bedroom the views are fantastic and has it's own private terrace where you can see the sea and sunset from..
The main floor has three large bedrooms with make up area, large bathrooms and double wardrobes.
all the bedrooms have access to the garden the second master has it's own terrace.
Also on the main floor there is a Guest bathroom. An inner garden which is surrounded 360 degrees by the kitchen, lounge, bar area and dining room.
From the lounge dining area and kitchen you look on to the pool and have a stunning sea view and sunset in the evenings..
The lower floor has two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms a lounge/tv area and make up station/desk.

Disabled and pram access via ramp in the garage leading to the lift.
You will have one garage space and 2 outside spaces.
There is a great sound system in and outside.
Every room has its own lighting scenes with the smart home app.
The house has very recently been modified including air con, bedding, towels, kitchen appliances, furniture, purified drinking water etc etc.
There is a gym and wellness centre about 20 metres from the villa with free access which includes.....

The hacienda is an upmarket home not a typical rental. the owners live in it 5 months a year and have very high standards..
The complex consists of 33 villas. You will be in one of the three largest, The villas on this side have the best views and privacy. This is a very private and exclusive house and urbanisation.
The area is great for walking and cycling.
There are 3 beach restaurants and beaches within a 10 minute walk or 5 minute drive.
You get amazing sunset views from the villa or a 10 minute walk to sunset ashram.
The best hotel on the island 7 pines is a 5 minute drive away.
Calla Bassa beach club 5 minute drive..
Cotton beach club 15 minute drive..
Supermarkets one 5 minutes away the second 10 minutes.
15 minutes from St Josep which has 10 restaurants, 2 banks, bars, supermarket , beaty and hair salons everything you need..
Take away pizza and chicken 5 and 10 minutes away.
THE Airport IS 25 minutes.
