This wonderful two-bedroom apartment with a south-facing orientation offers its guests the best views and amenities, as it overlooks the crown jewel of Jávea and the golden sands of Arenal beach. With the complex's garden doors opening onto the Arenal, you are literally metres away from everything Jávea has to offer.Inside, the apartment offers two spacious bedrooms, one double and another with two beds, with the possibility of a fifth folding bed if necessary. The spacious living-dining room opens onto the terrace overlooking the pool and gardens and is perfect for outdoor dining. The kitchen is modern and has all the necessary appliances to prepare and cook meals for the family. The attractive port and historic centre of Jávea are less than 3 km away, and there are also excellent golf courses within a 20-minute radius.Important notice(s) - 1/ Please note that in this property, groups of people under 25 years old are not allowed. This rule does not apply to families travelling with children or younger people accompanied by adults who are also staying in the property. Summary: The Apartment is in an excellent position, the sun is in the rooms from approx midday until sunset over the hills. Good parking, and only a 5 minute walk to the sandy beach and the Arenal. It's so good we have rebooked it.
