Welcome to La Casita! Your Peaceful Retreat in the Woods!
Just 8 minutes from Munising and 20 minutes from Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore, La Casita is the peaceful retreat you've been dreaming of! Surrounded by 11.5 acres of whispering trees and set on a quiet, spring-fed lake, this warm and welcoming timber-frame home is all about slowing down, unplugging (but yes, there's WiFi!), and soaking in the beauty of nature. This stunning 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath home is full of thoughtful touches! The open main floor is bright and airy with big windows, a cozy fireplace, and a kitchen that's ready for anything! The primary suite has It's own door to the deck, perfect for sneaking out to stargaze. Upstairs, you'll find two more charming bedrooms with a shared full bath and a cozy loft space! Downstairs? Game night central! There's a reclining sofa, a big-screen TV, a ping pong table, and plenty of room to hang out! You will also find a full bathroom, plus a spacious laundry area to keep everyone fresh after a long day of adventuring! Outside, the magic continues. You can paddle the day away with one of the four kayaks available, swim in the clear water, or cast a line for some catch-and-release bass fishing. There is a big deck out back with space to grill, dine, and lounge! La Casita is a place to make memories, breathe deeply, and feel truly at home in nature.
