Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The location was amazing and very convenient for exploring Paris. The room size was decent, especially by Paris standards, and overall the room was comfortable. The breakfast was simple but pleasant and had everything needed to start the day. I also appreciated that the staff responded quickly when there was an issue with the hot water and managed to fix it promptly.

Negative: We lost hot water for one day during the stay, which was inconvenient even though the staff handled the situation professionally and repaired it quickly.
