Positive: I really liked the location of the apartment. It was very close to the train station, tram stop number 3, and the bus stop, which made it very convenient to get around. There were also many nearby restaurants, including halal options, which was a big plus for us. The apartment itself was spacious, well-equipped, and had all the details we needed. It was perfect for a family of up to six people.
Negative: One of the beds in the rooms was very uncomfortable and caused back pain. What bothered me the most, however, was the unprofessional behavior of the host. He did not respond to any of my messages—neither through the Booking.com platform, email, nor WhatsApp. When I tried to arrange an early check-in, I received no response. As a result, I had to wait at the train station from 9:00 AM until after 5:00 PM. He finally answered my call around noon but told me that early check-in was not allowed, and that he would send me the check-in details later via Booking.com. However, he didn’t send anything until after 5:00 PM, even after I tried to contact him multiple times. To my surprise, when he finally responded, he asked for details about my reservation and then suddenly demanded a €600 deposit! When I asked why he hadn’t informed me of this earlier, he said it was a mistake and that he should have sent the information in the morning. This whole situation was very frustrating and unprofessional. I was finally able to enter the apartment at 17:17. Overall, the host's communication and handling of the situation were extremely disappointing.
