Relax and unwind in this NEW, FAMILY FRIENDLY Airbnb! The NEWLY RENOVATED ground floor unit is in Kuilima Estates West in Turtle Bay, on Oahu’s beautiful North Shore.
From the patio walk onto the Fazio golf course, to LeiLei's restaurant, or the Turtle Bay Stables and adjacent beach!
The unit is a 2 minute drive or a 10 to 15 minute walk to Turtle Bay Resort.
There is a King size bed and a queen sofa sleeper... ready for your family!

The Space:
The bedroom has a king size bed and a 42” cable tv, ready to stream your favorite shows! Cleanliness and comfort is a high priority. In addition to the linens, the mattress and pillow protectors are also cleaned and changed between guests. The bedroom has its own through-the-wall air conditioning unit and a dohm sound (white noise) machine for your comfort.
The beautiful kitchen is ready for you to prepare and enjoy your favorite meals! It is equipped with a Keurig, standard coffee maker, toaster, blender, and electric kettle!
The kitchen has four 26" counter height chairs on the peninsula.
The living room has ample seating. There is an American Leather Comfort Sleeper queen sofa bed, accent chairs, and don’t forget to take a picture in the egg chair! Stream your favorite shows and movies on our 65” smart cable tv, or try out the Super Nintendo!!!! There is an 18,000 BTU split AC in the living room and room darkening curtains for your comfort.
From the patio, you can walk right onto the Fazio golf course! You can walk to the stables and beach on the left or follow the path on the right to walk right to LeiLei’s for their amazing prime rib!
Beach chairs, umbrellas, blankets, and towels are provided.
The unit is a 2 minute drive or a 10 to 15 minute walk to Turtle Bay Resort.

Kuilima Estates West is a gated community. You will be provided a gate code before checkin.
Guests will have access to Kuilima West’s pristine community pools. There is also a tennis/pickle ball court with a basket ball hoop!
Other things to note:
Please be advised that you are staying in the country, in a tropical environment. Ants, geckos, termites, cock-roaches, and other animals live here and are a regular part of everyday life. We do treat pests professionally and will always provide you with a clean well-kept home, but note that these types of visitors are not uncommon, especially during rainy weather.
The unit above is also a short term rental operated by another owner. While we don't expect there to be much noise normally, there may sometimes be noisy guests or little ones upstairs.
There is no smoking allowed on the entire Kuilima Estates West property.
