Make some memories at this unique and quaint family and pet friendly place. Lower-level Duplex Located off of O'Malley at the base of Flattop Mountain. Close to the highway for a trip south and near plenty of hikes! Sufficient parking for 2 cars!

This is a private lower level unit with a private entrance and separate area from the main living of the home. Entrance is through back door of garage. The space is a basement separate unit that is currently accessible through the garage. The garage is a shared space with hosts or other guests who need access to amenities.
There is a full retro kitchen that has all the cooking supplies you’ll need from simple ingredients and spices and cooking basics to reusable growlers. Whole bean local Alaskan coffee with a grinder and your choice of syrups for a fresh brew and variety of teas available with your stay. Full size appliances provide a gas range and oven, dishwasher and full size refrigerator. (Additional deep freezer space available if needed!). Small appliances include: coffee pot, electric kettle, microwave, toaster, hand mixer, waffle iron.
The dinning and living room area boasts a wood fireplace available for use.
An updated bathroom with a shower tub combo, thick towels and variety of personal care items you may need will assist in unwinding from Alaskan adventures.
In the primary bedroom there is a queen bed, workspace area and a couch. In the secondary bedroom there is a queen bed and no window which is great for kids trying to sleep through the Alaskan summer sun. Both bedrooms are spacious enough for additional bedding (trifold mattress) to be added with out being too cramped.
However, the couch does also pull out into a queen size bed. For extra comfiness you can simply add the trifold mattress on top of the couch! Extra linens and pillows are provided in the closet. Both bedrooms also have amenities for your comfort including sound machines, fans, robes and extra blankets.
Outside there is a fire pit, lounge area and hot tub that is open year round- separate towels provided.
