Positive: Our stay yesterday was fantastic - I love Kirkwood and it’s a jem of a location. Also the front desk and Staff are amazing. One issue we had was the heat last night just stopped working sometime around 9pm. It’s off season and there was not much that could be done, but it made for a chilly night and morning. Otherwise I can’t wait to go back!
Negative: Just the issue with the heat… if you are looking for a facility manager type, I’d be interested ;)
