This home is central to EVERYTHING San Antonio and the Leon Valley has to offer. In the heart of Northwest San Antonio you are central to both the 410 and 1604 loops with easy access to Seaworld, Medical Center, Fiesta Texas, Downtown/Airport, UTSA, Airforce bases (various gates), VA and various corporate HQs. Immediate area has everything, restaurants (chain and independent), Walmart Supercenter, banks, grocery stores, gas stations, coffee shops. Neighborhood is dense but very quiet, day and night.

ACCESS AND ENTRYWAY: Entering your short term rental should be easy and organized. Smart lock self check in with well lit porch and entry. Large console table for you to place keys, phone and handbag is located directly inside the front door. Powder room located as soon as you enter the front door. Walk through the large entry, past garage door direct entry into the kitchen and main living room area.
KITCHEN/DINING: Open concept great space gives guests the opportunity to socialize while meals are being prepared. The 55" TV can be viewed from the kitchen and dining table.
Fully stocked kitchen (tea kettle, pots, skillets, 11" electric skillet, toaster, blender, microwave, food processor, more). We also stock oatmeal and dry pasta for our guests to prepare at their convenience. Flatware service for 8 along with 8 large and small heavy plastic tumblers. Don't worry about kids or teens dropping or knocking over a glass. Adult and hot beverage service for 6, plus champagne flutes for a toast! Stocked with pots, pans, utensils, Pyrex bowls with plastic lids, pizza pan, cupcake tins, baking sheets.
COFFEE SET UP: BUNN drip coffee maker with filters, medium roast coffee, sugar and powdered creamer supplied. Water heater in tank to ensure a quick brew and drip for the perfect cup of coffee in the morning.
LIVING ROOM: Large area that includes 55" wall mounted Roku television, tons of seating, plus area rug and dining table for 6. The dedicated laptop desk is also in this area. Kick your feet up with plenty of seating for your larger group. 3 person sofa and comfy chair, 2 ottoman's as well as 2 arm chairs and 2 cushioned benches. 2 Resin topped end tables are impervious to heat, liquids and stains. Furniture is sturdy and of high quality so you can relax without worrying about damaging the furniture.
DEDICATED WORKSPACE: offers a 30×42" work surface. Desk has 3 - 110v (3 prong) outlets in the front, no struggling with charging cords and out of reach power outlets. This home also features high speed, secured WiFi. Area is well lit area with dedicated floor lamp.
SLEEPING AREAS (3 bedrooms and 2 full baths upstairs):
MASTER BEDROOM - Queen Bed (Gel Mattress - fully encased against liquids, allergens, bed bugs), ensuite bathroom, 31x40" dressing table/desk and walk in closet. 2 nightstands with touch lamps (w/ 2 USB charging ports and 110v outlet ea.) 2 more drawers of storage at foot of the bed. Ironing board, iron, lint roller and tide pens provided for our military members. Dressing table has ottoman seat and large mirror to make sure you look your best if attending a special event or important interview. Small K-cup coffee maker located in the master bedroom; have a small cup of coffee in your room before you have to face the busy day. 32", wall mounted Roku TV.
BUNK ROOM: Full over Full Bunk Bed, secured ladder, 32" Roku TV in room. Small walk in closet with hangers, extra towels and bed linens.
QUEEN PULL OUT/BONUS ROOM: Convertible room can function as 2nd living room, teen space, zen den or workout space. 32" wall mounted TV, stream your workout. Queen pullout, easy to operate, low to floor, linen provided.

We have designed this space for families and couples visiting the wonderful sites of San Antonio and for those coming to Airforce BMT graduations or transitioning home from station assignments. We welcome traveling nurses, medical residents, UTSA Fellows/Adjunct Professors and relocating families for longer stays.
Homes sleeps 6 adults and 2 children, with special touches throughout to aid in your comfort and enjoyment. High quality, sturdy furnishings will enable you to relax together, separate or in small groups.
