30 MIN FROM CANTON! On beautiful Neches river feeding into lake Palestine, epic fishing awaits! Merely steps away from kayaking and fishing adventures! Kayak rental also available free of charge. Go camping in luxury with premium bedding, full bathroom with shower, HD TV/DVD player, surround sound system, stocked kitchenette with assorted appliances, mini fridge/freezer, grill and plenty of outdoor seating. Full laundry room and additional (spotless) showers and bathrooms at the front office.
The space
This is a cozy 17' RV perfect for a couples getaway or small family retreat. This RV comes with a bit of luxury, equipped with a queen size serta perfect sleeper and dressed with premium bedding like French linen, 100% Cotton and cooling bamboo fiber, with cloud-like copper infused pillows. The dinette also converts to a twin size bed. Under the bench storage is an inflatable air mattress and memory foam topper for added comfort with a cotton set of twin sheets and cooling memory foam pillow. Kitchenette with electric burner with ceramic non stick pan, air fryer, egg steamer, toaster, coffee maker, electric water kettle and mini crock pot. Small shower, hand sink and porcelain toilet in the bathroom.

We have two blue kayaks with paddles and life jackets ready to use during your stay! Additional kayak rental is available for FREE at front office. There's a community picnic area, VERY CLEAN public bathroom with showers and laundromat at the front office. High speed Wifi is available.

Only use the electric appliances provided. Do not use any propane appliances inside the RV. Toilet requires single ply only, do not flush sanitary products, multiple ply toilet paper or baby wipes. THESE ITEMS MUST BE DISCARDED INTO THE BATHROOM TRASH CAN AS TO AVOID DAMAGES TO SEPTIC. Thank you
