The Space:
Perfect for the digital nomad or remote worker that wants style, comfort and quick access to lots of outdoor adventure! Workspace and 1 Gig Fiber make work a breeze. Located 90 minutes from Nashville. 2 hours from Chattanooga and 2.5 hours to Knoxville. It's a central retreat that is beautiful year round. Just 2 minutes to the lake with public boat launch, 20 minutes to Canoe the Caney and 30-50 minutes to some of the best hiking, waterfalls and the fantastic Cumberland Caves. @JustoutofNashville . The house is as you see it. Open, airy and really cozy. It has amazing light, full stocked kitchen to cook up a storm , gas grill and a massive deck. The beds are super comfy, crisp linens and a cozy big sectional for movie nights or fireside hangs. On demand gas water heater insures long hot showers. 1 GIG fiber wifi makes this a great place to work or school remotely. Plus new Hot Tub.
There is a small zip line for kids in the woods (use at your own risk). Lots of games, puzzels and toys to keep all ages occupied. It has easy access via paved roads. So it looks and feels remote but your actually very close to all the necessietes you may need. Grocery and little town is just a few miles away.
Our community is small and we are BIG on respecting the area and the neighbors. Great place to call home base and enough room for your extended family to visit. A great escape with fast reliable wifi for mulitple people to work or school from. It's set up for long stays!
We supply a TON of links to great places to explore, play and eat. Rent a boat, hit the Caverns, hike, fish, canoe , kayak find an amazing swimming hole (were known for them around these parts!) We also have a ton of games, movies and super fast wifi.
Guest Access:
Playground, volleyball, tennis, pickle ball and basketball courts and walking trails. Four Seasons Marina is just down the road however you can not dock there but can put in for 5 dollar fee. There is parking available at the marina overnight for 25 per night and it’s first come first serve. ***The pool is only available for those who fill out the proper form with the HOA and they require a background check and there is a small fee** We do provide lots of links to boat rentals, canoe and kayak excursions, and other swimming holes and hiking areas. Trust me there is so much to do! One of Tennessee’s top 10 swimming holes only 15 minutes from the cabin.
The Neighborhood:
This is a community that mixes vintage and rustic cabins amongst luxury lake homes. Residential and vacation homes are on large lots and separated by trees. It is a great mix of privacy yet connectivity. Quiet and serine this is a place people value privacy and quiet nature.
Getting Around:
You should have a car- There is little to no uber or lyft.
If you have a boat - there is room to park it on site. Our driveway is up a hill but many people have brought their boats.
Four Seasons Marina does NOT offer slips For temporary or short term use.. You may dock to load and unload and there is load in access and a large parking lot for you trailer. There is a public boat launch that is five dollars a launch. Please call the Four Seasons marina for more information as they do offer overnight parking or possible tie up for a small fee.
Other Things to Note:
The stairs are steep and narrow in the home. All have motion LED lighting however it's worth noting if anyone has challenges with stairs. Bedrooms are on 1st and 3rd (loft) floors.
Parking is up a hill and 3 cars can fit comfortably and still get out and in. There is NO PARKING on the street. You will be towed. There is additional parking at the marina if you are bringing your boat. It costs but worth the ease!

We live in Nashville but you can always reach us via text, email or phone call. We have the cabin set up for super easy access. We have a great handyman and cleaner if needed in the area.
