Welcome to the Mermaid Cottage!
Hodnett Cooper vacation rentals is pleased to present this 4 bedroom, 3 bath fabulous cottage on St. Simons Island, GA for short term, weekly, or monthly rental. Entry into this single level home features a large open room with kitchen, dining and living area all in one. The central updated kitchen provides the perfect setting for cooking and interacting with your family or guests. Offering a detached guest house with kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom there is plenty of room to spread out.
The main home offers a King bed in the primary bedroom with private bathroom. The two other bedrooms offer a Queen and 2 Twin beds as well as a full and half bath.
In addition to the great outdoor space you will find a private saltwater pool and outdoor shower perfect for cooling off on those hot summer days. As well as a ping pong table with plenty of space along with a gas grill.
615 Sheraton Plaza is a short walk to the beach and just a few blocks to the village which includes an array of boutique style shops and a variety of restaurants from casual to upscale dining. The village is also home to the lighthouse, fishing pier and wonderful oceanfront picnic area. The Neptune Park Fun Zone has a miniature golf course, state of the art playground and pool(open summer only).
Please note: This property backs up to an elementary school that is having some updates done while remaining open until October 2023. There may be noise occasionally between Monday-Friday.
