Le 1er niveau est constitué de la pièce à vivre : séjour avec 3 canapés et un vidéo-projecteur, espace repas pour 6 (8 en se serrant un peu) et cuisine ouverte. Là, vous accédez à la grande grande terrasse privative en tropézienne, au calme car elle donne sur une cour intérieure, et sans vis à vis : idéale pour vos repas au barbecue et apéros (dans le respect du voisinage) ! Avec sa mezzanine et son hamac, vous pouvez lézarder au soleil ou au contraire faire la sieste à l’ombre quand il fait chaud… À votre retour de plage ou de balade, vous pourrez vous rafraîchir avec la douche extérieure.
Au 2e niveau, se trouvent 3 chambres sous pentes, 2 salles de bain (une douche et une baignoire) et des WC séparés.
Les couchages sont disposés ainsi :

The duplex apartment, just renovated with the character of stones and exposed beams, is on the 3rd and last floor (without elevator) of a 19th century building steeped in history.
The 1st level consists of the living room: living room with 3 sofas and a video projector, dining area for 6 (8 by tightening a little) and open kitchen. There, you access the large private terrace in Tropézienne, quiet because it overlooks a courtyard, and not overlooked: ideal for your barbecue meals and aperitifs (in respect of the neighborhood)! With its mezzanine and hammock, you can sunbathe or take a nap in the shade when it’s hot… When you return from the beach or walk, you can refresh yourself with the outdoor shower.
On the 2nd level, there are 3 bedrooms under slopes, 2 bathrooms (a shower and a bath) and separate toilets.
The sleeping arrangements are as follows:
- Bedroom #1: double bed 160x200 for 2
- Bedroom #2: double bed 140x190 for 2
- Bedroom #3 (ideal for children and teenagers): double bed 140x200 mezzanine for 2 and 1 single bed and its trundle bed 90x190, for 2
