Summary: Excellent building in an excellent location with apparently concerned overseas owner/landlord for property. The building is poorly managed by the maintenance and cleaning staff who are also tenants in the property. Some of the tenants smoke, play TV or radios loudly causing harassment disturbance to some of us who were staying there! Hence, it is NOT befitting to the advert "Healthy living near FSCJ" I personally think as a healthcare professional that the building is overcrowded and not cleaned weekly or properly. Many pertinent repairs are not done in a timely manner. Hence, the cleaning and maintenance are doing a disservice to the overseas owner landlord by reducing the value of the property which will become apparent on an inspection!
