1 Bedroom Apartment in Chiavari

The Belvedere Lodge is a small apartment which has recently been restored and is a comfortable space ideal for a couple. It opens onto a large terrace offering a beautiful view of the town and is situated about a 15-minute-walk from the sea and town centre. It shares the use of the pool a barbecue area and boules. There is a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a well-equipped kitchen and an open-plan sitting room which opens up onto a large terrace with outdoor dining facilities. The apartment has a modern finish and is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, digital TV, stereo, as well as private parking and air conditioning
Please bear in mind, the Belvedere Lodge, is based on 2 people accommodation, however we can accommodate 1 extra person (adult) in the sofa-bed for an additional 25 euros per night.
Baby cot and high chair are provided upon request and we do not charge extra fee for babies.
Please bear in mind the swimming pool is open from the 20th of May until the 1st of October, and the hot tube/jacuzzi, from the 15th of April till the 1st of October.

Summary: This is a well-managed property in a good location for exploring the coastline east of Genoa. Adriana was a very responsive host and her son Thomas went out of his way to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable. We particularly enjoyed dining on the terrace overlooking the sea.
