This beautiful townhouse is located in the beautiful and quiet town of El Campello. The property is situated in a very quiet private urbanisation with no vehicles passing through. When passing through the entrance gate, we find the outdoor garden area with its fantastic heated swimming pool with built-in spa and its jacuzzi for 4 people. Here you can enjoy a few days of relaxation, peace and fun with its hammocks for sunbathing or its spacious areas for lunch or dinner with friends or family. A basketball basket or a SMART TV on the terrace complete other options to enjoy the outdoor area in a different way.
On the ground floor, the house has a spacious living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, American fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, etc.) and a complete bathroom with hydro-massage shower.
On the 1st floor there are 3 spacious bedrooms. 1 bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom and 2 other bedrooms with 2 single beds. Another complete bathroom with bathtub completes the room on this floor.
