Positive: Check in instructions were clear and easy to follow. Apartment was clean and had a good view. The jacuzzi was huge and amazing; looks able to fit up to 8 pax comfortably.
Negative: Air con unit in living room was dripping water badly; host was quick to offer a technician to service it, but we feel that the dripping was so excessive that this issue is not new and should have been resolved before guests arrive. The common bathroom had an unpleasant gutter-like smell, likely caused by water drainage pipes. Overall apartment feels dated and could do with some renovation works for a better guest experience.
Summary: Appreciate the jacuzzi experience, but other areas in the apartment could be improved.
