Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Very comfortable and well-equipped. Comfy beds and a nice hot tub outside that is kept warm. It was very close to Te Puia and the Redwoods, so it was in a great location. We enjoyed our stay here.

Negative: The only issue we had was with the washer and dryer. The washer broke down halfway through a cycle, and the dryer had a burnt-out plug, so it didn't work at all. We notified the property manager, and he immediately came over to try to fix the washer. We were only there two nights, so there wasn't time for him to get a new fuse, but he did his best to rectify the situation as soon as possible.
