Positive: This apartment has an excellent location, just one short block from Piazza Garibaldi and walkable to everything. The apartment was very clean and bright and had the bonus of a washer and dryer. Even though it is located in a busy area, when the windows are closed there is no disturbance from street noise. Our host was kind enough to reserve parking in a garage quite close by. She also made a reservation for us for dinner, which was very helpful.
Negative: Seating in the living area could have been more comfortable for relaxing with a regular sofa and a chair or two for conversation.
Summary: This is a great place from which to see central Parma, visit sites and eat in excellent restaurants.
