Positive: Excellent value for money apartment 2 mniutes from the station and 2 minutes from the centre of sanremo. Helpful host, albeit i never met her, the instructions on the whatsapp were clear and questions answered immediately. Some nice things were left for breakfast which is a nice touch. Would stay again given the chance
Negative: The heating system is rather outdated but i guess thats more or less everywhere in the older properties in the south. Having a coffee maschine would have been a welcome plus. No garden or terrase but then we knew that before booking.
Summary: Excellent value for money and very central and convinient
