Three outdoor pools driving distance away- one with a water park!

Summary: The place was really unique, clean, and well equipped. The owner was very communicative. However, there were two main issues. The first was the lack of cooling. We were there during a heat wave so maybe it isn’t always an issue but we couldn’t use the upstairs rooms even with the mini split running at full. The A/C also didn’t cool the house off. If you are coming in warm weather, be wary of if the two beds upstairs are even usable. They were not for us. The second issue was that the listing said there was a hot tub and access to a (communal) pool. The hot tub did not have any water in it and was not in working order. While the owner did offer to come get it going we were expecting it to be running when we got there. There also was no pool access included, not on site or in the community. The nearest community pool was several miles away and was not included. So if you are planning to stay there, please know there is no pool access of any kind. Hopefully the owner will update the listing as it was inaccurate.
