Summary: I usually only do reviews when I enjoy the place but this place had me feeling unhappy from check in. The receptionist was not welcoming at all. We were travelling off season so the place was empty, literally 3 other cars. We were put in an unstairs closet of a room. It was cute and clean don't get me wrong but feeling like with the place being vacant an upgrade could of been nice we were only staying 1 night.The shuttle service into town wasn't running super bummer. We sat at the pool 2 different times and not once did anyone from the pool bar come check in with us. I'm feeling a huge opportunity for some customer services were missed. The place is cute and has lots of amenities but I wouldn't stay there again
