Summary: This small boutique property is beautiful, well built and impeccably designed. It is so close to being the perfect high-end micro hotel it wants to be, that it is such a shame that it misses the mark. The hotel has no staff from noon to 4:30. You cannot arrive between those times and to make matters worse they will charge you if you arrive earlier and want to check in. This means that if you arrive anytime before 4:30pm you are screwed even if your room is ready. This is a problem because there is nothing in this town. So you will have no where to put you luggage and no where to escape the heat (was 37 deg when we were there). Another major issue is the AC is completely in inadequate for the size of the rooms. The room went up to 26deg at night and only dropped to 25.3deg by the morning even though the thermostat was set to 20deg. It is so unfortunate because the property is so nice.
